Exhaustion and increased fatigue.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Norm: after some kind intensive work or a long period when the work-life balance was disturbed, it\u2019s natural for a person to experience exhaustion. It&#8217;s best to deal with the letter with the help of a therapist, but we can\u2019t talk about the presence of depression here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reason to see a doctor: loss of appetite or an insatiable feeling of hunger for no reason for 2 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see, the main points are that depression doesn\u2019t occur in response to an event, but by itself. Yes, sometimes it\u2019s possible that a painful situation serves as a trigger, and then in this case we look at the duration of the symptoms.
