And you need to be able to enjoy them. After all, it&#8217;s so easy to ruin your own happiness with thoughts like: \u201cactually, I feel really bad, so what am I so happy about?!\u201d, or \u201cI shouldn\u2019t have these feelings now\u201d, or \u201cI\u2019m feeling good now, so something bad will definitely happen later\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open up to the positive, boost your happiness (the same way you boost your pain or fear in dark times).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please remember that pain won&#8217;t last forever.
