\nCourses purchased on the website may be refunded within 3 days<\/u> from the date of purchase, unless it's stated otherwise in the product description.

\n\nRefunds are issued for the full amount paid. However, a small processing fee may be deducted from the bank (usually between $0.50 and $1.00, or currency equivalent). Refund requests are processed within 24 hours; money can take longer to appear on your account due to technical banking days. Once a refund is issued, you will lose access to the course.

As indicated in the EU directive on consumer rights for online digital content, once you activate a course you agree to lose your right of withdrawal (apart from the cases indicated above, i.e. for purchases on the websites and within 3 days).
