Pay attention to your body muscles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mental tension is ALWAYS reflected in the body. If you pay attention to it, you will understand that the muscles of your shoulders, neck, back, and abdomen are tight. As soon as you relax the muscles, the brain will receive a signal that everything is fine, the signal &#171;Danger!&#187; can be canceled, and the anxiety will be reduced. If you can\u2019t relax some muscle, try to strain it as much as possible first &#8212; and then you will be able to relax it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Pay attention to your face.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The principle is the same. When a person is under stress, their jaw tightens, and a mask of anxiety freezes on their face. From time to time check how things are with the muscles of the face and relax them. Try to smile or at least switch to a good-natured expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
