We are glad to welcome you to our virtual Mindspa resort. We will spend a whole month taking care of you and making sure that this caring will become an integral part of your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our first week will be spent in the Energy capsule. Here, we will restore the energy and balance, and gain more strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us start with\u2026 cleaning. It consists of three stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stage one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allocate 25 minutes and spend them removing clutter from your phone. Delete all the not-needed photos, messages, and apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stage two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find 15 minutes and spend them arranging and cleaning your desk or your virtual desktop on your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stage three.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allocate 20 minutes, find any area in your home (preferably the one where you spend most of the time) and organize it by removing all the clutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And voil\u00e0 — just 1 hour of your time and you will already start feeling lightness, freedom, pride, and more energy. All the unnecessary \u201cwaste\u201d and \u201ctoxins\u201d will leave your surroundings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
